Drawing a metal locker is a very simple and direct project that anyone can do, or for a handy DIY person.
If you feel that your cabinet needs a new paint job, then what you need for this project is a paint scraper, some fine sand sandpaper, a bucket of clear water, metal primer and paint and about 2 hours.
As I said, there is no need to be a professional painter to do the job.
To make it easier for you, or remove your cabinet if possible so that each part has a good paint coating.
If doing the work indoors, be sure to work in a well ventilated place, and now if you can remove the cabinets, do so first.
To make it easier to mark each piece of work with masking tape and number it, you can also draw a rough sketch or chart showing you how to reassemble the Cabinet once it\'s done,
OK, check each item with your paint scraper, make sure to remove any loose or peeling paint and debris, and in the next task you can use the standard electric sander, you can also do it yourself using our fine sandpaper.

Once you feel that your surface is smooth, then wipe each piece with a clean rag and warm water with a little detergent until you completely wipe away any dust and debris.
When you do this and the surface is dry, you can start adding the primer.
There is only a thin layer of primer and then the last layer is applied to make it completely dry.
In order to get a better smooth surface, you can use a very fine sandpaper once again to prepare for your first layer of paint.
Read the instructions to make sure there is the right drying time for each product.
Start applying your first layer of metallic paint on the surface and don\'t repeat it again. . .
A thin coat is fine as you also need to advertise on the second one.
After drying, apply the second layer of metallic paint, which will be your last layer, so be sure to cover all areas.
Thoroughly dry and then reassemble each piece according to your chart and once you have your locker assembled you are done.
